🎯 About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for growing the company's brand partnerships and campaign pipeline. This is a hands-on role involving researching brands, crafting outreach, following up, and helping to close deals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Research brands and identify key decision-makers.
• 📧 Send cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, and follow up persistently.
• 🗂️ Maintain and update the leads pipeline in the CRM daily.
• 📊 Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and proposals.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the ops team for campaign handoffs.
• 📈 Track industry trends and competitor activity.
• 🗣️ Attend client calls and meetings.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• 🔗 Comfort with LinkedIn, Gmail, and basic Google Sheets/Docs.
• 💡 Genuine interest in brands, marketing, and the creator/influencer space.
• 🚀 Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
• 📚 Background in Mass Communication, MBA (Marketing), or Media Studies is a plus.
• ✨ Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or media is great but not mandatory.
