🎯 About the Role

You will work on developing UGC and influencer content for YouTube, supporting content briefs, scripts, and marketing copy. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Assist in ideating and creating UGC & influencer content for YouTube
• ✍️ Support content brief, script, caption, and marketing copy development
• 🤝 Support outreach, coordination, and campaign execution with creators
• 🗓️ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content execution
• 🎨 Help maintain brand consistency across digital platforms

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Business, or related field
• 🧑‍🎓 Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• 🗣️ Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• 📝 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 🧐 Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• 📺 Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly YouTube (preferred)
