🎯 About the Role
This role focuses on identifying, vetting, and building relationships with emerging Tamil content creators across Instagram and YouTube. You'll play a crucial part in our growth by scouting talent in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and food niches.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Research and identify Tamil creators on Instagram and YouTube within specific niches.
- ✅ Vet creators for genuine engagement and audience authenticity.
- ✉️ Send personalized outreach messages in Tamil to potential creators.
- 📊 Maintain and update the creator database with accurate profile information.
- 🤝 Support campaign coordination, including briefing creators and tracking deliverables.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Native or fluent in Tamil and comfortable communicating professionally in English.
- 👀 Actively follow Tamil creators and understand engagement metrics.
- 📅 Organized, responsive, and deadline-oriented.
- 📈 Familiarity with Instagram analytics and influencer marketing concepts is a plus.
- 🎓 Final year student or recent graduate in a related field preferred.
