This role involves hosting conversations with founders and business owners in various settings across Bengaluru, from street interviews to office visits. Your primary goal is to make these conversations engaging enough for viewers to watch until the end, requiring excellent questioning, listening, and on-camera presence.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎤 Host conversations with founders and business owners.
• 📚 Do thorough homework before every shoot to understand the company and story.
• 👥 Pick guests and approach people in the field for interviews.
• 🎥 Shoot in the field, approaching people and keeping conversations alive.
• 🌟 Build a recognizable on-camera presence associated with KaroStartup.
• 🎬 Work with the video team on formats, hooks, and episode structure.
• 📊 Read the numbers to understand what held attention and adjust hosting style.

• 💬 Fluent in Hindi/Hinglish and comfortable in English.
