🎯 About the Role

This role involves digging deep into various sources like annual reports and interviews to find untold stories about businesses, especially bootstrapped companies and Tier 2-3 founders. You will then craft these stories into formats like carousels, reels, or long-form articles, ensuring accuracy and originality.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🕵️ Hunt for stories nobody has covered, focusing on unique business narratives.
• 📚 Research deep using annual reports, filings, and founder interviews.
• 📞 Reach out to founders directly for firsthand information.
• ✍️ Write compelling stories with a strong arc and hook.
• 🎬 Decide and design the format for each story (carousel, reel, long-form, etc.).
• ✅ Verify all information before publication to ensure accuracy.
• 📁 Build a story bank of researched and verified content.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✍️ Excellent writing skills: simple, clear, human, with pacing and structure.
• 🔍 Serious research ability to find and verify primary sources.
• 🚀 Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business models, and company building.
• 💬 Comfortable doing outreach and messaging founders on LinkedIn.
• 🧠 Editorial judgment to assess story viability.
• 💻 Comfortable using AI for research and drafting, with discipline for verification.
