Associate/Sr. Associate - Inside Sales

This position focuses on generating new business opportunities through various outreach channels and conducting product demonstrations. You will manage sales leads and build strong client relationships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• 💡 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• 📊 Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using the CRM system.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• 📈 Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• 📝 Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• 🎯 Ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ⚙️ Experience with CRM systems (experience with Kylas Sales CRM is a plus).
• 🚀 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
