Operations Intern, Founder's Office

Contribute directly to the daily operations of an early-stage fintech startup and gain exposure to building a business from the ground up.

🎯 About the Role

This is a hands-on role within a small team, working directly with the founder. You will be instrumental in keeping the business running smoothly and will see firsthand how a startup is built and scaled.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Track partner, investor, and hiring pipelines and maintain up-to-date records.
• 📅 Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• 🔬 Research companies, markets, and industry events, and summarize findings.
• 🗂️ Help coordinate calendars, meetings, and event logistics.
• 📄 Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, one-pagers, and reports.
• 🔧 Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination and process setup.
• 📣 Support company social media and marketing content as needed.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduating soon or graduated within the last 2 years.
• 📚 Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 🧹 Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• 💬 Clear written and spoken English.
• 💻 Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; Notion, CRM, or AI tools experience is a plus.
• 💡 Curious about fintech, payments, or AI.
• 🚀 Takes ownership and asks questions proactively.
