This internship provides direct exposure to supporting SaaS products and resolving real-world customer issues. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to build a strong foundation in application support.

- 📞 Assist in handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support issues
- 🔧 Troubleshoot application issues using logs and internal tools
