🎯 About the Role

This hybrid role involves significant customer interaction, ensuring client success, and also contributes to product quality by testing new features. You will be instrumental in onboarding, supporting, and gathering feedback from clients while identifying and documenting product issues.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring successful platform implementation.
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Resolving customer queries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Testing new product features and executing manual test cases.
• Identifying, reproducing, and documenting bugs.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
