Support financial planning and analysis activities for a joint venture handling multiple luxury beauty brands across Southeast Asia.

🎯 About the Role

This role provides exposure to financial closing reviews, variance analysis, and reporting within a dynamic multi-brand beauty organization. You will contribute to streamlining reporting processes and ad-hoc analysis.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Ensure Month-End Closing review of G&A and Logistics costs.
• 📈 Analyse main variances vs. last year and budget and obtain explanations.
• 🔗 Enhance the follow-up of Logistics and IT costs.
• 📝 Help in monthly Consolidation & Reporting with a focus on Sales.
• 💻 Help in maintaining the Sell-out (BISO) platform.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗓️ Able to commit full time for 6 months from Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• 💬 Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• ⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• 🧠 Analytical mind.
• 💻 Excel skills are required.
