🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on supporting key projects to enhance assembly productivity, optimize operational processes, and contribute to the implementation of a cloud-based transportation management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Strengthen the quotation validation process for accuracy and compliance.
- 📊 Conduct monthly productivity reviews and present findings to stakeholders.
- 🗺️ Map current processes with 3PL and create Work Instructions to standardize operations.
- ☁️ Support the evaluation and implementation of a cloud-based Transportation Management System.
- 💻 Assist in automating back-office processes in logistics and production.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- 📈 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
- 💡 Prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous.
- 🤝 Able to commit for 6 months full-time internship starting from Dec 2026/Jan 2027.
