🎯 About the Role

You will support supply and distribution planners in managing and optimizing operations for LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic across the APAC region. This role involves assisting with daily planning activities and potentially taking on ad hoc projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Assist in generating and managing weekly distribution plans for APAC markets.
• 📊 Utilize Anaplan for planning and monitoring distribution activities.
• 📦 Monitor and manage the replenishment of exceptional pieces across APAC markets.
• 🔍 Leverage data analysis tools like Power BI to identify trends.
• 💬 Foster effective communication between cross-functional teams.
• 🚀 Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• 🌟 Take initiative on special projects related to supply and demand planning.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• 🤝 Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• 🧐 Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• 💡 Self-motivated and eager to learn.
