Support hiring and operations for a new brand focused on women's sanitary and hygiene products, while also assisting HR for an established salon brand.

🎯 About the Role

Support hiring and operations for a newly launched brand, Herline Globals Pvt Ltd, focused on women's hygiene products. You will also support HR activities for LYRA Salon, gaining practical exposure to startup culture and working closely with leadership teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• 📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage joining formalities.
• 📄 Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• 👥 Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• 📊 Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
• 🏢 Assist in recruitment for LYRA branches and coordinate interviews.
• 📝 Prepare HR documents and perform other administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 💡 Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• 🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• ⏱️ Good organizational and time-management skills.
