We are seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Executive to spearhead our brand presence and drive customer acquisition in Gurugram. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand's narrative and reaching new audiences through innovative online and offline strategies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Execute brand and growth campaigns across Gurugram.
• 📈 Drive customer acquisition through digital and offline channels.
• 📱 Manage social media content, promotions, and campaigns.
• 🏘️ Build Nynii's presence across residential societies and communities.
• 🤝 Coordinate with RWAs, local businesses, influencers, and partners.
• 💌 Support referral and customer engagement campaigns.
• 📊 Track campaigns, leads, conversions, and engagement.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 0–3 years in Brand, Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
• 💡 Strong understanding of customer acquisition and brand building.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and creative thinking.
• 💻 Comfortable with online + offline marketing.
• 🎯 Data-driven, proactive, and execution-focused.
• 🚀 Strong ownership and startup mindset.
