This internship focuses on coordinating B2B operations across various regions, managing inquiries, supporting sales processes, and preparing performance reports. It's an excellent opportunity to develop skills in sales, operations, and client relationship management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📧 Consolidate and manage B2B inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• 📝 Support with quotations, order confirmations, and coordination of production and delivery.
• 📊 Prepare and update regional B2B performance reports and sales trackers.
• 💼 Support B2B managers in preparing customized proposals and presentations.
• 🔗 Ensure client information and project documentation are properly recorded in the CRM system.
• 🚚 Coordinate logistics for client meetings, workshops, and events.
• 🎨 Work with the marketing team to adapt B2B marketing materials.
• 💰 Support invoice tracking, purchase orders, and budget monitoring.

• 🔍 Organized with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
• 📈 Experience in sales or operational duties is a plus.
