Assist the controlling team with month-end closing, business analysis, and budget preparation in a dynamic travel retail environment.
π― About the Role
This internship offers valuable exposure to the finance functions within the fast-paced travel retail beauty industry. You will support the controlling team in reporting, analysis, and budget processes, gaining insights into brand performance in the Asia Pacific region.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting.
- π Analyze main variances of actual P&L vs. budget and last year.
- π£οΈ Assist in the preparation of monthly management meetings.
- π Support on business analysis (retail sales, net sales).
- π Support with budget preparation and consolidation.
- βοΈ Review and update controlling procedures.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
- π» Skilled in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- π Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
- π€ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- π Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
- π Passionate and driven to follow-up with loose ends.
