Account Executive

Manage the company’s day-to-day financial processes, including Tally, invoicing, and creditor/debtor management, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

🎯 About the Role

This role requires basic accounting and operational knowledge to manage financial processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accounts, generating invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented and filed, contributing to the smooth financial operations of the agency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🧮 Maintain accounts and financial records.
• 🧾 Generate client invoices and ensure timely billing.
• 💰 Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients (debtors).
• 💸 Manage vendor payments and ensure creditors are paid on time.
• 📄 Record, verify, and maintain bills, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• 🔄 Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, billing, and documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 💻 Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• 📊 Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• 📈 Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• 🧐 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 🗣️ Good communication and follow-up abilities.
