🎯 About the Role
You will support the Corporate Controller and Accounting Department with a variety of tasks, including processing AP/AR, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with month-end closing duties. This internship provides exposure to core accounting functions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ➕ Assist with AP and/or AR process.
- 📈 Assist in updating accounting spreadsheets as needed.
- 📂 Assist in filing of accounting documents.
- 📊 Assist accounting area with closing duties.
- 🤝 Assist Accounting Assistants with daily duties as needed.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a degree in Accounting.
- 🏢 Some experience working in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- 🔢 Good mathematical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and accuracy.
- ⌨️ Good typing skills.
- 💻 Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Office products.
