Support the modernization of an IT operating model by contributing to research, documentation, and AI pilots. This analytical role offers a unique opportunity to influence IT strategy and operations.
🎯 About the Role
You will assist the Vice President of Information Technology in various capacities, including researching technologies, maintaining documentation, supporting AI initiatives, and coordinating project activities. This is a project-support role focused on strategic IT functions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💡 Conduct research on technologies, vendors, and industry practices.
- 📚 Create and maintain IT documentation, including process guides.
- 🤖 Support artificial intelligence pilots, including data preparation and testing.
- 🤝 Coordinate project activities, including meeting notes and action tracking.
- 🗂️ Keep records current and organized.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program (Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science preferred).
- 📝 Strong written communication skills.
- 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 🧠 Interest in and basic familiarity with artificial intelligence tools.
- 🧐 Strong attention to detail and organization.
