🎯 About the Role
You will perform various analytical, microbiological, and environmental tests on products and equipment. This role involves maintaining lab supplies, ensuring equipment calibration, and assisting with quality documentation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔬 Perform microbiological and chemical testing on various samples.
- 🌱 Participate in split sampling and proficiency testing.
- 🎛️ Maintain and ensure the accuracy of lab equipment calibration.
- 📄 Develop, maintain, and distribute Certificates of Analysis.
- 🔍 Investigate customer and bulk complaints.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 🏭 Previous experience in a food manufacturing or laboratory setting is desired.
- 💬 Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 📈 Good decision-making skills regarding quality standards.
- 📚 Knowledge of GMP Requirements.
