π― About the Role
This internship offers hands-on learning in various HR functions, including resourcing, employee lifecycle management, and HR projects. You will contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Source, advertise, and coordinate interviews for new hires.
- π Screen candidates and issue offer letters.
- π Organise new joiner orientation and induction.
- π Manage staff probation confirmation and contract renewals.
- π€ Administrate staff exit processes.
- π‘ Participate in HR projects, including employee experience and digitalization initiatives.
- π Assist in learning and development, employee engagement, and P-file maintenance.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Undergrad with a major or minor in Human Resources is preferred.
- βοΈ Good communication skills orally and in writing.
- π§ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ability.
- β±οΈ Strong project and time management skills.
- π€ Team player who can function well independently and collaboratively.
