This internship provides exposure to various HR aspects, including staffing, performance management, and data management. You will engage with internal stakeholders on projects and gain insights into the dynamic Fintech and Web3 industries.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Provide overall HR support, including preparing HR meetings and managing the internal referral system.
- π Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects.
- πΎ Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records.
- β Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
β Requirements & Skills
- π¨π³ Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- π§ Detail-oriented, stable, with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- π Effective communication, service-oriented, and willing to proactively learn HR work.
- π Interested in the web3 industry.
