- π Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and data collection.
- π Ability to evaluate and synthesize research findings and learning resources.
- βοΈ Good communication and writing skills.
- π¨ Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
- π Basic proficiency in data analysis is a plus.
