π― About the Role
This on-site internship offers exposure to brand strategy, talent management, and the execution of partnerships within the entertainment industry. You will play a key role in supporting daily partnership activities and ensuring seamless campaign operations.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π§ Assist with brand outreach and partnership pitching.
- π Research agencies, PR firms, and partnership contacts.
- π Help craft pitches, decks, and brand-facing materials.
- π Assist with maintaining databases and tracking campaign timelines.
- π Manage talent calendars and coordinate internal communication.
- π€ Assist with meeting preparation, recaps, and follow-ups.
- π Help monitor active campaigns and compile performance reports.
- π Research cultural moments and events for partnership opportunities.
- βοΈ Assist with talent logistics, gifting, and founder/management support.
- π₯ Occasionally attend LA events for execution and relationship management.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Demonstrated interest in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, or brand partnerships.
- ποΈ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ποΈ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- π» Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides) and basic spreadsheet data tracking.
- π Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
