🎯 About the Role

This dual-function role offers hands-on exposure to how a global automotive brand connects internally and externally across multiple regions. You will contribute to authentic storytelling and impactful brand activations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Support end-to-end video production and photography for employee features and events.
• ✨ Conceptualize and design visually compelling communication materials.
• 📝 Develop engaging visual and written content for internal and external audiences.
• 🔗 Support the management of internal communication platforms and engagement campaigns.
• 💼 Plan and coordinate multi-channel Employer Branding content.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 💻 Proficiency in video editing and multimedia content creation tools.
• 🗣️ Strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visual assets and written narratives.
• 📈 Basic understanding of branding principles, campaign execution and marketing communications.
• 🧠 Strong growth mindset with curiosity and learning agility.
