🎯 About the Role
Assist the Clinical Operations team in two key workstreams: the set-up of a new inpatient ward and the annual procurement of consumables for General Wards. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to clinic process improvement and innovation initiatives where bandwidth allows.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🏥 Assist in coordinating the set-up of a new ward.
- 📊 Maintain project trackers and status updates.
- 📧 Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on procurement.
- 🧾 Consolidate and process annual consumable requests.
- 🛠️ Support data collation, benchmarking, and reporting.
