🎯 About the Role
The Education Office at NCIS is seeking a motivated and organised Education Intern to support a broad portfolio of educational initiatives. This role offers exposure to event logistics, content development, communications, and stakeholder engagement within the field of medical/health professions education and oncology.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📅 Coordinate and manage educational events like Grand Rounds and Education Series talks.
- 📚 Assist in developing content and resources, including an Oncology Training Package.
- 🌐 Design and maintain a repository for AI resources across NUHS.
- 📣 Produce a regular newsletter highlighting AI adoption and innovative uses.
- 📊 Provide organizational support for educational initiatives and coordinate meetings.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎯 Interest in medical/health professions education, oncology, programme coordination, and AI in healthcare education.
- 📝 Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 💻 Proficiency in relevant software.
⏳ Duration: 6 months
