This role involves coordinating internal and external service awards, driving improvement projects, and contributing to departmental functions such as training and coaching. You will gain exposure to service excellence programs and contribute to embedding a culture of service into daily practice.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏆 Coordinate quarterly internal service awards and external award submissions.
• 📈 Drive improvement projects for service awards and recognition systems.
• 🧑‍🏫 Support co-training initiatives, e-learning, and on-ground service coaching.
• 🤝 Organise site visits to renowned service organisations.
• 📊 Contribute to broader departmental functions and Service Academy support.
