🎯 About the Role

This 6-month internship at National University Hospital provides a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations, including critical functions like human resources, communications, and quality improvement. You will play a key role in supporting various initiatives that ensure the smooth delivery of patient care.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for event planning.
• 📝 Draft and submit communication briefs for publicity and outreach materials.
• 💻 Provide technical support for webinars and virtual events.
• 🖼️ Develop digital and print publicity materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• 📦 Plan and coordinate logistics for events, managing resources and collaterals.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🧐 Meticulous and organised with strong communication skills.
• 🤝 Able to work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• 💡 Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, For.sg, Form.sg, and Plumber platforms is an advantage.
