Human Resources Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, and Learning & Development. You will support employee onboarding/offboarding, act as a point of contact for HR inquiries, and contribute to various HR processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Ensure efficient employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
• 🤝 Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.
• 🤝 Develop and maintain positive working relationships with bank staff.
• 🤝 Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• 🤝 Coordinate benefit enrollments and process payroll transactions.
• 🤝 Support learning and development programs and LMS maintenance.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🧑‍💼 Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• 🧑‍💼 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Paycor experience preferred.
• 🧑‍💼 Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• 🧑‍💼 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 🧑‍💼 Ability to effectively promote the company as an employer of choice.
• 🧑‍💼 Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
