🎯 About the Role

This internship provides practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. You will support the HR team in various operational tasks, including candidate management, onboarding, and record maintenance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔎 Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• 📄 Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• 📅 Coordinate interviews, GD rounds, and aptitude tests.
• 🗂️ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• 🤝 Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• 🧑‍ onboarding and employee documentation.
• 📊 Support the HR team in maintaining attendance and employee records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Students or fresh graduates pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• 💡 Freshers with an interest in Human Resources and Recruitment are welcome.
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• ⏱️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• 🚀 Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
