🎯 About the Role
The Neurotechnologist is responsible for setting up patients for intraoperative testing and monitoring the nervous system in real-time during surgeries. This position requires clear communication of data to neurologists and surgical teams, as well as adherence to clinical policies and documentation standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🧠 Provide day-to-day monitoring of surgical cases.
- 📋 Implement clinical and operational policies.
- ✍️ Complete case documentation within 24 hours.
- 📞 Participate in weekend/PM call rotation.
- 🗣️ Communicate with remote neurologists and surgical team.
- 🚗 Travel to cover cases in other regions as needed.
