Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern

Support talent acquisition and HR administrative activities, gaining experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.

🎯 About the Role

This is a part-time, summer internship scheduled for Monday-Thursday per week, eight hours per day (32 hours per week).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• 📄 Assist with reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
• 🤝 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• 🖥️ Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• 🏢 Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• 📚 Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• 📊 Assist with tracking HR-related metrics and preparing reports.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• 🎯 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
