🎯 About the Role

This role involves preparing breakfast and/or lunch, assisting with serving lines, and participating in catering functions. You will perform various kitchen positions while adhering to high standards of food safety and preparation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🍳 Assist with serving line setup and ensure proper food temperatures.
• 🥣 Prepare foods according to menu plans and recipes.
• 🔪 Operate kitchen equipment safely and with proper certification.
• 🧹 Maintain clean and organized work areas, kitchen, and cafeteria spaces.
• 🍽️ Clean and maintain equipment in the dishwashing area.
• 📦 Keep inventory stock organized and practice FIFO procedures.
• 💰 Handle customer monies at service time, including cash register operation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 🗣️ Ability to read, comprehend, and present information effectively.
• ➕ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• 🧩 Ability to apply commonsense understanding to instructions.
• 🧰 Experience with kitchen equipment and tools listed.
