π― About the Role
This internship offers valuable exposure to commercial operations, sales performance reporting, and automation. You will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, designing support systems, and delivering actionable insights to enhance renewal and sales processes.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Understand and document key workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- βοΈ Develop and implement process automation using tools like Excel macros, Power Automate, or Python.
- π Build dynamic reporting dashboards to track and visualize performance metrics.
- π« Design and implement a structured ticketing system for sales quote requests.
- π Consolidate, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- π» Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros/VBA.
- π€ Experience with automation or scripting tools (e.g., Python, Power Automate).
- π‘ Familiarity with reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
