This role invites you to dive deep into Instagram trends and AI-powered content creation for a dynamic skincare coach app. You will be at the forefront of crafting engaging and viral content.
🎯 About the Role
You will be responsible for tracking social media trends, identifying effective content formats, and producing a high volume of engaging content using AI tools. This position involves owning Instagram pages, driving follower growth, and building relationships with UGC creators to expand content pipelines for a trend-driven skincare education platform.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Track Instagram trends, viral formats, trending audio, and Reels daily.
- 🔍 Identify what is working in skincare, beauty, wellness, and adjacent niches.
- 💡 Spot emerging formats early and adapt them to perfectSkin before they peak.
- ✍️ Produce a high volume of content using AI tools, including UGC-style videos and podcast-style clips.
- 📝 Write scroll-stopping hooks, scripts, and captions.
- 📱 Own one or more Instagram pages, including posting schedule, Reels, Stories, and engagement.
- 🚀 Grow followers, reach, and engagement, hitting content volume and performance targets.
- 🤝 Find, reach out to, and manage relationships with UGC creators.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗓️ 1-3+ years of experience running Instagram or social accounts, with proven growth.
- 🧠 Deep, instinctive understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, and viral mechanics.
- 🤖 Hands-on experience with AI content tools, including video generation, voice, image, editing, and scriptwriting.
- 🎬 Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
- ✍️ Excellent copywriting skills, especially for hooks and captions.
- 🤝 Comfortable with creator outreach and relationship management.
- 🚀 Self-starter who ships fast and iterates based on data.
- ✨ Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, health, or consumer apps (nice to have).
- 📈 Basic understanding of performance metrics such as reach, retention, saves, and conversion (nice to have).
