AI Workflow Agent Intern

Design and build an AI workflow agent to automate and enhance operations and compliance functions within the digital asset space, leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop an AI agent that interprets operational updates, retrieves relevant data, applies domain rules, and proposes actions for human review. You will work on client onboarding, KYC checks, or transaction monitoring, and gain experience with AI-assisted "vibe coding" to create a working prototype with real-world impact.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support client onboarding and KYC/AML documentation checks.
• ⚖️ Conduct regulatory research and map requirements against policies.
• 🤖 Design and build an Operations Workflow Agent using AI-assisted tools.
• 📑 Design and build a Compliance Workflow Agent using AI-assisted tools.
• 📚 Structure SOPs, playbooks, and milestone definitions as the agent's "knowledge base."
• 🔍 Build out the AI Knowledge Base with regulations, internal policies, and past decisions.
• 🧪 Test your agent against real scenarios and iterate for reliability.
• 🏢 Coordinate with product, engineering, and compliance teams.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Studying Business, Banking & Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 🧐 Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable with documentation and data accuracy.
• 💡 Willing to build, not just use, AI tools; curious and willing to learn by doing.
• 🤔 Understand that AI proposes, humans decide; design for human review and approval.
• 🌐 Have an interest in blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency.
• 👥 Work well in a team, take ownership of tasks, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
