Events and Marketing Intern

Support the planning and execution of large-scale events and marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and collaborating across business units to achieve marketing objectives.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a dynamic experience in event preparation, content creation, and campaign support. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in vendor management, video production for social media, and marketing analytics, contributing to successful event and campaign strategies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗓️ Support end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events.
• 🤝 Take ownership of work streams, including vendor selection and contract coordination.
• 📝 Prepare event run sheets, logistics checklists, and briefing documents.
• 🎬 Plan and produce short-form video content for social media promotion.
• 🎥 Edit event highlight reels, photos, and other content.
• 📸 Capture photo and video content during events.
• 📢 Support the team in creating event marketing collaterals.
• 📈 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online ads.
• 📊 Help track the performance of event and marketing campaigns.
• 👥 Work closely with other departments to align strategies with business objectives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• 🌟 Strong interest in events/campaign management and marketing operational efficiency.
• ✨ Hands-on experience or keen interest in video editing (CapCut) and creating content for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
• 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 🧐 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 🚀 Comfortable taking initiative and leading smaller projects.
• 🗣️ Confident interacting with vendors and clients during events.
• 🤝 Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
• 🔄 Flexible to support occasional evening/weekend work around major event dates.
