🎯 About the Role

This role involves supporting pharmacists in various essential tasks related to medication management. You will gain practical experience in procurement, distribution, documentation, and compounding of medications for patients of all age groups.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💊 Assist in medication procurement, distribution, and documentation.
• 📦 Maintain adequate stock levels in assigned areas.
• 🧪 Prepare IV admixtures, chemotherapy medications, and other solutions.
• 📚 Provide drug information and patient education under supervision.
• 📊 Complete assigned projects, including staff education and data analysis.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 📝 Registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Intern with the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
• 👶 Familiarity with medication dosages for all age groups is beneficial.
• 🔒 Adherence to standard procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
