Support offline growth by coordinating retail events, live streaming, and corporate activations, ensuring smooth execution and capturing learnings.
π― About the Role
This is a highly operational, fast-paced role supporting offline growth through the coordination of retail events, activations, and corporate events. You will work closely with the Retail and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- ποΈ Support the planning and execution of retail mega shows, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
- π¦ Coordinate event materials like signage, QR codes, and promo collateral.
- π Explore and implement innovative VM and creative solutions for retail promotions.
- π» Support marketing-led activations such as live streams and creator activations.
- π Prepare and manage run-of-show checklists for events.
- π£οΈ Assist with partner coordination including schedules and deliverables.
β Requirements & Skills
- ποΈ Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with checklists and deadlines.
- π¬ Strong communication skills (WhatsApp/Slack/email).
- πΆ Willingness to support on-ground execution (some weekends may be required).
- πͺ Proactive, takes ownership, and not afraid to chase stakeholders.
- π‘ Bonus: experience in events, retail, marketing activations, or campus club leadership.
