🎯 About the Role
This internship is ideal for students passionate about electronics and eager to contribute to the development, optimization, and documentation of PCBA manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚙️ Assist in the development, optimization, and documentation of PCBA manufacturing processes.
- 🏭 Evaluate and improve assembly line efficiency and equipment utilization.
- 💡 Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- 🚀 Participate in process validation and new product introduction (NPI).
- 📊 Assist in time studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and R&D.
- 📄 Support the creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently Pursuing An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 💡 Basic understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, AOI, ICT, etc.) is a plus.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- 🌱 Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on environment.
