This role is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain practical experience in electronics manufacturing quality. You will support quality inspections, failure analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Assist in quality inspections of PCBAs at various production stages.
- π Support failure analysis and root cause investigations for non-conforming products.
- π€ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- π Participate in audits and prepare quality documentation.
- π Collect and analyze production and quality data.
- βοΈ Help maintain and improve quality management system documentation.
- π Support continuous improvement initiatives.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- π‘ Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes is a plus.
- π Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610 is a plus.
- π§ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- π» Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- π£οΈ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- π± Eagerness to learn and contribute in a manufacturing environment.
