HR Intern - Employee Experience & Culture

Support employee experience, culture initiatives, and employer branding by working closely with the Head of People Experience.

This role focuses on creating meaningful employee experiences and strengthening organizational culture. You will be involved in employee engagement, event planning, internal communications, and community engagement.

• 🤝 Support employee relations and grievance management.
• 📢 Coordinate employer branding activities and manage social media content.
• ✉️ Create and manage internal communications and employee campaigns.
• 📈 Track engagement metrics and provide insights.
