This internship involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will work closely with HR and leadership to identify and engage top talent.

• 🔍 Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
• 📊 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• 🗓️ Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers.
• 🗂️ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• 📢 Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms.
• 💡 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• 💬 Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• 🚀 Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• 📈 Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• ⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• 💡 Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• 🌟 Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• 🔍 Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed (Good to Have).
• ⭐ Previous internship or project experience in recruitment or HR (Good to Have).
• 🗂️ Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools (Good to Have).
• 💡 Interest in technology hiring and startup environments (Good to Have).
