Corenest Tech LLP is seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join their HR team. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about various HR functions and contribute to the company's growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
