Marketing & Outreach Intern

Support retreat and wellness programs by connecting with interested leads and guiding them through the registration process.

🎯 About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in outreach, marketing, and participant engagement within the wellness sector. You will be responsible for explaining program details, answering queries, and facilitating registrations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Call and follow up with leads provided by the foundation.
• 🗣️ Explain retreat programs, workshops, and events clearly.
• 💬 Address participant queries and build meaningful connections.
• ✅ Encourage and support prospective participants in completing registrations.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and registrations.
• 📝 Update daily reports and lead status in Excel/Google Sheets.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the team regarding lead progress and conversions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 💪 Confidence in speaking with people over phone calls.
• 📊 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• 🗂️ Ability to maintain reports and track follow-ups accurately.
• 🎯 Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• 💻 Must have a personal laptop and smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
