Finance & Invoicing Intern

Support customer invoicing operations, business systems, and reporting within a hybrid work environment, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

🎯 About the Role

This hybrid internship involves supporting customer invoicing operations, business systems, reporting, and cross-functional business processes. You will gain experience in daily invoicing, system support, testing, and automation initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Support daily invoicing operations by monitoring invoice processing and exceptions.
• ⚙️ Assist with SAP, Blacksmith, EDI, and other business system support activities.
• 🧪 Support testing efforts for system enhancements and process changes.
• 📝 Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• 💡 Research invoicing discrepancies and pricing issues for resolution.
• 🤖 Assist with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 🤝 Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• 📊 Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• 📈 Utilize SAP and Excel to collect data and prepare reports.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards a B.S. or MBA degree (Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field).
• ⭐ 3.0 GPA or higher.
• 💪 Strong financial & interpersonal skills.

💰 Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00
