This internship involves supporting various functions within the Finance/Corporate Planning Department with financial reporting and analysis. You will work on standard monthly reporting, assist with financial close and forecasting, and conduct ad-hoc analysis.

πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

  • πŸ“Š Consolidate, summarize, and analyze corporate budget vs. actual spend reports.
  • πŸ“ˆ Prepare price/volume/mix report and analysis for monthly governance decks.
  • πŸ”„ Assist in financial close and forecasting consolidation for the US and Canada.
  • πŸ“₯ Load and verify actual and forecasted data for newly acquired companies.
  • πŸ“„ Consolidate and prepare presentation decks for flash forecast reporting.
  • πŸ” Perform ad-hoc analysis for various finance requests.
  • πŸ•΅οΈ Analyze and maintain analysis of key competitors.
  • πŸ› οΈ Work on projects to enhance the monthly close process.
  • πŸ€– Develop models using AI to streamline reporting and forecasting.

βœ… Requirements & Skills

  • πŸŽ“ Enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field).
  • ⭐ 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • πŸ’ͺ Strong financial, problem-solving, and interpersonal/communication skills.
  • πŸ’» Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • πŸš€ Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word & PowerPoint).
  • πŸ“Š Experience with AI, Oracle BI tools, and SAP preferred, but not required.
  • πŸ’° General understanding of accounting and U.S. GAAP.
  • πŸ€” Critical thinking skills.

πŸ’° Compensation: $18.00 - $33.00
