🎯 About the Role

This role is focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems, agents, workflows, and automation that directly impact products, internal operations, and customer experience. You will explore AI developments, experiment with models, and integrate AI across the company.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤖 Design and build autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• 🧠 Work with frontier and open-source LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• 🌐 Develop RAG systems and integrate vector databases.
• 🚀 Run rapid prototypes to identify AI automation opportunities.
• 💡 Collaborate with founders and product teams to build AI solutions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✨ Strong understanding of LLMs and hands-on experience building AI applications.
• 🛠️ Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, or similar frameworks.
• 🐍 Good Python programming skills and comfort working with APIs.
• 💾 Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and AI memory systems.
• 🚀 Proactive "builder" mindset—ability to independently learn and implement new technologies rapidly.
