🎯 About the Role

This trainee position offers paid, hands-on training to equip you with the skills needed to become a certified Diesel Mechanic Technician. You'll work with state-of-the-art diagnostics and tools on heavy-duty vehicles, with opportunities for pay increases and bonuses.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚗 Move heavy-duty vehicles into and out of various shop areas.
• ⛽ Fuel diesel, natural gas, and hybrid vehicles adhering to safety policies.
• 🔧 Perform multi-point inspections, check tire pressure, fluid levels, and report issues.
• 🧹 Maintain fuel island areas and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• 📚 Complete all Technician Training Development Program requirements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 🔧 Zero to one year of mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• 🔞 Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 🗣️ Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• 💻 Competency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• 🚚 Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire.
